RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Amended Final Judgment entered on February 27, 2020 in Case No. 14-CA-002994 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, is Plaintiff, and JUDD R. SNYDER A/K/A JUDD ROBERT SNYDER, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 30 day of March, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 4, BREEZY MEADOWS UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
