NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 2, 2020, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-007804 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit, in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, where in BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is the Plaintiff and ANNE J. RINKE, RE710 LLC, BONAFIDE PROPERTIES, LLC SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF THE RINKE FAMILY LAND TRUST, PROVIDENCE LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., HUNTER'S GREEN COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., RINKE FAMILY LAND TRUST, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., UNKNOWN TENANT #1 K/N/A ISHMAEL OCASIO, UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A LYLIAN VALESQUEZ, UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS AND OTHER PERSONS OR UNKNOWN SPOUSES CLAIMING BY THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF WILFRED RINKE, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on April 9, 2020, beginning at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 9, Block D, PEPPERMILL IV AT PROVIDENCE LAKES, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 73, Page 25, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
