NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 20, 2020, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-001074 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein HOME POINT FINANCIAL CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and MOLISSA MATTHEWS A/K/A MOLISSA M. MATTHEWS A/K/A MOLISSA MONIQUE MATTHEWS, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20 day of April, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, PARNELL'S SUBDIVISION UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE(S) 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
