You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to said action on Daniel M. Hartzog, Jr., Esquire, 3800 West Bay to Bay Blvd., Suite 13, Tampa, Florida 33629, and to file the original with the Clerk of this Court at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida 33602 or 301 N. Michigan Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33563 0, on or before April 7TH 2020, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in this Petition for Voluntary Termination of Parental Rights. There will be a hearing on the petition to terminate parental rights pending adoption on April 27, 2020, at 11:30 a.m., before the Honorable Wesley D. Tibbals, Circuit Judge, in Courtroom #2, 301 N. Michigan Avenue, Tampa, Florida.
UNDER SECTION 63.089, FLORIDA STATUTES, FAILURE TO TIMELY FILE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE AND THE PETITION WITH THE COURT AND TO APPEAR AT THIS HEARING CONSTITUTES GROUNDS UPON WHICH THE COURT SHALL END ANY PARENTAL RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE OR ASSERT REGARDING THE MINOR CHILD.
