NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 21, 2020 entered in the above styled case, Case No. 2019-CA-003487 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein STEVENS CREEK HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and ERICA HERRING, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERICA HERRING, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) and CITY OF CLEARWATER are the Defendants, that Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 24, 2020, the following described property, as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
LOT 14, STEVENS CREEK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 136, PAGE(S) 98 THROUGH 104 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 1864 FULLER DRIVE CLEARWATER, FL 33755-1928.
The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the sale.
