WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-FRE1 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF RONALD J. KUBIAK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RONALD J. KUBIAK; BROOKE N. MATTHEWS; BROOKE N. MATTHEWS AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF RONALD JOSEPH KUBIAK A/K/A RONALD J. KUBIAK; CHRISTOPHER J. KUBIAK; MICHAEL KUBIAK; CITY OF TARPON SPRINGS; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Circuit Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 26TH day of MARCH , 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, MAP OF G.E. NOBLIT'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK H1, PAGE 88, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY, WAS FORMERLY A PART.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
