YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Condominium Unit 101, Building E, Phase VI, CORAL POINTE AT HARBOURSIDE, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 7199, Page 1270, amended in Official Records Book 7899, Page 195, as amended from time to time, and Condominium Plat Book 105, Pages 44 through 48, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and together with any limited common elements appurtenant thereto.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Bentley & Bruning, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 783 South Orange, Ave., 3rd Floor, Sarasota, FL 34236, within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
