NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 27, 2020, and entered in Case No. 17-005364-CI of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein IMPERIAL COURT CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS III ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and MARILYN B BATES; PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: [ ] www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 28th day of May, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit Number 14, Building E, and an undivided interest share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of IMPERIAL COURT CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS III, as recorded in Official Records Book 2884, Page 446 including all amendments thereto and according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 3, Pages 7 through 9, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
