NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 21, 2020 and entered in 51-2015-ca-007955 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein KENNETH STERBENZ is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH STERBENZ et al are the Defendants. Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10 a.m. on March 24, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 713 in BAYWAY ISLES POINT BRITTANY SIX, A Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, Pinellas County, Florida, according to its Declaration of Condominium, including all of its exhibits, recorded in Official Records Book 4220, at Pages 507 et seq., in Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, as shown on Plat of BAYWAY ISLES POINT BRITTANY SIX, recorded in Condominium Plat Book 20, at Pages 42 et seq., as amended from time to time, in the Public Records, Pinellas County, Florida. Property Address: 4900 Brittany Drive S. #713, St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, Florida 33715.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
