NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, on the 13th day of December A.D., 2019, in the cause wherein, In re: Former Marriage of: Tracey Selby, was plaintiff(s) and Robert Selby, was defendant(s), being Case No 51-2007-DR-1945-WS in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri, as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant(s), Robert Selby, in and to the following described real property located and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit:
Condominium (Unit A-701) and Boat Slip (#5) located at 601 American Legion Dr., Madeira Beach, Pinellas County, FL 33708.
Legal description: Unit #A-701, Harborside Boat Club of Madeira Beach, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in the official records book 18646, page 2031 through 2104, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements, and together with the exclusive use of Boat Slip #5.
