NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 28, 2020, and entered in 2019-CA-009814-O, of the County Circuit Court in and for Orange County Florida, wherein Walden Palms Condominium Association, Inc., is Plaintiff and Amon Guerrero, Kimberly Guerrero, Unknown Tenant #1, and Deutsche Bank Trust Company, As Trustee for The Pooling and Servicing Agreement Relating to IMPAC Secured Assets Corp., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-3, are Defendant(s), the Orange County Clerk shall sell to the highest bidder for cash as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes on April 28, 2020 at 11:00 A.M., on-line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, the following described property:
