NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 8, 2013, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-005926-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and Heriberto Vargas; Vanessa Sanchez; Unknown Tenant #1 In Possession Of The Property; Unknown Tenant #2 In Possession Of The Property; Marinosci Law Group, Pc are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00AM on the 9th day of July, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 77, CAMELLIA GARDENS SECTION THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 77 AND 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
