NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29th, 2020, entered in Case No. 19000258CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Felix Rodriguez; Natalie Rodriguez; Carmen Whittaker a/k/a Carmen Ortiz a/k/a Carmen Lydia Ortiz a/k/a Carmen Oritz; Noel Austin Whittaker a/k/a Noel Whittaker a/k/a Noel A. Whittaker are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00AM on the 4/13/2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 8 AND 9, BLOCK 2377, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 38, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES(S) 42A THROUGH 42H OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
