NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26, 2020, entered in Case No. 2019CA004559AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for the registered holders of ABFC 2007-WMC1 Trust Asset Backed Funding Corporation Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2007-WMC1 is the Plaintiff and EARNESTINE DOSS A/K/A ERNESTINE DOSS; OSCAR DOSS are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00AM on the 14th day of April, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK H, SINGLETARY SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK NO. 2, PAGE 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
