NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 26, 2020, in Case No. 2019 CC 2933, the undersigned Clerk of Court of Manatee County, Florida, will, on April 7, 2020, at 11:00 a.m., via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com offer for public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property located in Manatee County, Florida:
Unit 7606, Building 11, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, of Eagle Creek Condominium, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 1341, Page 833, et seq., and any amendments thereto, and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 26, Pages 42 through 44, and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
