NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 27, 2020 in the above action, the Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Manatee, Florida, on April 1, 2020, at 11:00 AM, at WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM for the following described property:
Condominium Unit No. L-27, Building L, of the Third Bayshore Condominium Section No. 20, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as Recorded in Official Records Book 521, Page 297, and any amendments thereto, if any, and as per plat thereof recorded in condominium book 2, page 85 thru 86 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common areas, if any
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
