NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26, 2020, and entered in Case No. 2019CA001166AX of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2007-WMC1, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-WMC1, is Plaintiff and MICHAEL W. SNYDER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL W. SNYDER, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online auction at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 8th day of April, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT THE SE CORNER OF LOT 8, BLOCK “D”, ATZROTH'S ADDITION TO PALMETTO; THENCE NORTH 230 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE WEST 150 FEET; THENCE NORTH 70 FEET; THENCE EAST 150 FEET THENCE SOUTH 70 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, ALL BEING A PART OF LOTS 9, 10 AND 11, BLOCK “D”, ATZROTH'S ADDITION TO PALMETTO AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 240 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 609 15Th Avenue West, Palmetto, Florida 34221
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
