NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 20, 2020, and entered in Case No. 2018CA000776000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff, and SAM AMBAR A/K/A SHIMSHON J. AMBAR, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 07 day of April, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 64, LAKE WILSON PRESERVE, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 125, Pages 37 through 39, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
