NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 21, 2020, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-008062 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and SANDO SENGOVA, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23 day of April, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The Land referred to in this policy is situated in the State of FL, County of HILLSBOROUGH, City of TAMPA and described as follows:
LOT 21, BLOCK 1, EAGLEBROOK PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGE 49, IN THE PUBLICE RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
