NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 2, 2020, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-006159 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and VIDAL SURIEL; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; GRANDE OASIS AT CARROLLWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the
highest bidder or bidders via online auction at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 9th day of April, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 120 IN BUILDING 100 OF GRANDE OASIS AT CARROLLWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED FEBRUARY 9, 2006 IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 16097, AT PAGE 420, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCE THERETO, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF THE SAID CONDOMINIUM.
Property Address: 8628 Bonaire Bay Lane Suite 201, Tampa, Florida 33614
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
