NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated February 11, 2020, entered in Case No. 19-CA-002880 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo USA Holdings, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Mary M. Cowart are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00AM on the 12th day of May, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10 OF PINEY OAKS ESTATES PHASE ONE, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 50 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
