NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 19-CA-008289 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Clara J. Scroggins are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on April 7, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

THE SAID PART OF LOT 12 BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE MOST WESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 12 AND RUN THENCE NORTH 85 DEGREES 30 MINUTES 00 SECONDS EAST A DISTANCE OF 205.12 FEET TO A POINT ON THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF THE SAID LOT 12; THENCE ALONG SAID EASTERLY BOUNDARY, 7.79 FEET ALONG THE ARC OF A CURVE TO THE LEFT, HAVING A RADIUS OF 50.00 FEET, A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 08 DEGREES 55 MINUTES 21 SECONDS AND A CHORD BEARING AND DISTANCE OF SOUTH 02 DEGREES 06 MINUTES 06 SECONDS WEST 7.78 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SAID LOT 12; THENCE SOUTH 87 DEGREES 40 MINUTES 00 SECONDS WEST ALONG THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY OF THE SAID LOT 12 A DISTANCE OF 204.37 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
