NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 3, 2020 entered in Civil Case No. 18-CA-002718 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, d/b/a CHRISTIANA TRUST AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST V, is Plaintiff and KAREEM HASSAN; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, PAT FRANK, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at public sale on May 5, 2020, at 10:00 A.M. on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
