WOOD, JR., DANIEL WOOD, and all unknown natural persons if alive, and if dead or not known to be dead or alive, their several and respective unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees and creditors, or other parties claiming by, through, and under those unknown natural persons; and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described defendants or parties or claiming to have any right, title, or interest in and to the lands hereafter described

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following described land in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot #159, GOLDEN GATE MOBILE HOME COMMUNITY, a COOPERATIVE according to the park plot plan set forth in the Master Form Occupancy Agreement recorded in Official Records Book 7283, page 1894, of the Public Records of Pinellas County Florida, with Parcel ID#27-30-16-31481-000-1590, together with appurtenant Membership Certificate Number 571 in and to GOLDEN GATE RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION OF PINELLAS PARK, INC., a Florida for-profit corporation, and the mobile home/s thereon.
Has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Catherine C. Ingrande, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 3935 16th Street North, STE 100, Saint Petersburg, FL 33703, on or before 4-3-2020 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's Attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
