NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 27, 2020, and entered in Case No. 52-2019-CA-007659 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which GTE Federal Credit Union d/b/a/ GTE Financial , is the Plaintiff and Norma Donovan, Terrace Park of Five Towns, No. 17, Inc., are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the April 1, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF KENILWORTH BUILDING UNIT 109, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF TERRACE PARK OF FIVE TOWNS,NO.17, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 22 THROUGH 24, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4967, PAGES 827 THROUGH 890, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
