NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 18, 2020, and entered in Case No. 52-2019-CA-004338 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. as Trustee for Mortgage Assets Management Series I Trust, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Dean Kelso a/k/a Dean W. Kelso, deceased, United States of America acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Ethel Lou Horn a/k/a Lou Horn, Donald Kelso a/k/a Don Kelso, Suzette Smith, Jennifer Johnson, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the April 7, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
