NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 19, 2020, and entered in Case No. 19-002856-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein HOME POINT FINANCIAL CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and LISA M. DIXON, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21 day of April, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 12, Block 2, PELHAM MANOR No. 1, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 22, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
