Manning, Jr a/k/a Isaac S. Manning, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Vivian Wiley, Unknown Party #2 n/k/a Johnnie Ruth Cyrus, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the April 15, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE SOUTHERLY 15 FEET OF LOT 9 AND ALL OF LOT 10, BLOCK H, WASHINGTON SHORES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Q, PAGE(S) 163 THROUGH 165, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
