NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26, 2020, entered in Case No. 19001179CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein SunTrust Bank is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Robert B. Townsend a/k/a Robert Bayard Townsend, Deceased; Karen Marie Townsend a/k/a Karen M. Townsend a/k/a Karen Blakely Townsend f/k/a Karen Townsend Blakely f/k/a Karen M. Blakely, as Co-Personal Representative of the Estate of Robert B. Townsend a/k/a Robert Bayard Townsend, Deceased; Cynthia A. O'Dea, as Co-Personal Representative of the Estate of Robert B. Townsend a/k/a Robert Bayard Townsend, Deceased; Karen Marie Townsend a/k/a Karen M. Townsend a/k/a Karen Blakely Townsend f/k/a Karen Townsend Blakely f/k/a Karen M. Blakely; Cynthia A. O'Dea; Windjammer Point Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00AM on the 4/16/2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 313, PHASE 3, WINDJAMMER POINT, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 9 PAGES 51A THRU 51F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED THE 16TH DAY OF MARCH 1990 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1091, PAGES 256 THRU 293, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
