NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 4, 2020, and entered in Case No. 2019CA000362AX of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and THOMAS B. BROWN JR. A/K/A THOMAS BREESEBROWN JR. A/K/A THOMAS BREESE BROWN A/K/ATHOMAS BROWN, JR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OFTHOMAS B. BROWN JR. A/K/A THOMAS BREESEBROWN JR. A/K/A THOMAS BREESE BROWN A/K/A THOMAS BROWN, JR; JULIA A. BROWN A/K/A JULIE BROWN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JULIE A. BROWN A/K/A JULIE BROWN; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; WILLIAM L. MANFULL; SUSAN KLINE BROWN A/K/A SUSAN KLINE FRANSEN; MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online auction at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 22nd day of April, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, AND THE SOUTH 20 FEET OF LOT 9, BLOCK D, MERRCELL PARK, SECOND UNIT, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 53, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 1212 21St Ave W, Palmetto, Florida 34221
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
