Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on January 21, 2020, the Clerk of the Court will sell the real property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Unit 3, FAIRWAY CENTER, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1037, Pages 0998 through 1042, inclusive and amendments thereto including Official Records Book 1101, at Page 3550, amended in Official Records Book 1654, Page 4099, and amended and restated in Official Records Book 1737, Page 6801, all Amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 13, pages 144 through 149, inclusive and amendments thereto including Condominium Book 17, at Page 113, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for CASH, such sale to be held online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on April 14, 2020.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
