NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 7, 2020 and entered in CASE NO. 11-2019-001723-0001-XX of the County Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein MAPLE RIDGE AT AVE MARIA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., A FLORIDA NOT FOR PROFIT CORPORATION, is the Plaintiff and JESUS ANTONIO SEPULVEDA HERNANDEZ is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Collier Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 beginning at 11:00 AM on the 6 day of April, 2020, the following real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 46, Maple Ridge at Ave Maria Phase 4, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 60, Page 85 through 90, in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida a/k/a: 5190 Vizcaya St., Ave Maria, FL 34142.
