NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 28, 2018, and entered in 2016-CA-000836 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY FSB D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and DANIEL GONZALES A/K/A DANIEL GONZALEZ ; VERONICA SALAZAR; CARE-FREE CORPORATION D/B/A CARE-FREE POOLS; SUNNILAND CORPORATION are the Defendant(s). Crystal K. Kinzel will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on April 6, 2020 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
