YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title, for reformation of deeds, and to determine beneficiaries concerning real property located in Sarasota County, Florida, which has a physical address of 7348 Cove Terrace, Sarasota, Florida 34231, and is described as follows:
Lot 17 and the land lying between lot and seawall, Block C, as depicted on the Amended Plat of Block C, CORAL COVE, UNIT 3, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page(s) 36, of the Public Records of SARASOTA County, Florida.
More particularly described as:
Begin at the Northeast Corner of Lot 16, Block C, “Amended Plat of Block C Coral Cove Unit 3,” According to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 36, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; Thence N 33°03'00” W along the Westerly Right of Way Line of Cove Terrace for a Distance of 68.55 Feet to the Point of Curvature of a Curve to the Left, having a Radius 215.00 Feet; Thence along said Curve to the Left and the Westerly Right of Way Line of Cove Terrace for an Arc Distance of 61.45 Feet, through a Central Angle of 16°22'33”, said Curve being subtended by a Chord Bearing and Distance of N 41°14'18” W 61.24; Thence leaving said Westerly Right of Way Line run S 52°00'00” W along the Southerly Line of Lot 18, Block C (P.B. 10/Pg. 36), for a Distance of 138.70 Feet, More or Less, to a Point on the Wet Face of a Seawall; Thence Southeasterly along the Wet Face of a Seawall for a Distance of 63 Feet, More or Less, to a Point of Intersection with a Line Bearing S 83°29'00” W from the Point of Beginning; Thence N 83°29'00” E along the Northerly Line of Lot 16, Block C (P.B. 10/Pg. 36) for a Distance of 137.08 Feet, More or Less, to the Point of Beginning.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's Attorney, David L. Boyette, Esquire, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 1515 Ringling Boulevard, Suite 700, Sarasota, Florida 34236 on or before April 20, 2020 or within thirty (30) days after first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Verified Amended Complaint to Quiet Title, for Reformation of Deeds and to Determine Beneficiaries.
