AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2005-3, NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-3 is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL R. BALES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL R. BALES; GREENFIELD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
