LANA J. NAZARIO and ANTONIO NAZARIO, husband and wife,
Defendants.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled Case Number 2019 CA 005709 NC on March 10, 2020 in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Lot(s) 74, FAIRWAYS AT BENT TREE, according to the plat as recorded in Plat Book 49, Pages 37, 37A through 37D, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota. realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on April 14, 2020. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
