Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 6, 2020 in this cause, The Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
The East half (E 1/2) of the East half (E 1/2) of the North half (N 1/2) of the Northwest quarter (NW 1/4) of the Southwest quarter (SW 1/4) of Section 25, Township 45 South, Range 26 East, Lee County, Florida. Subject to all and together with a Roadway Easement 60 feet wide lying over and across the South 30 feet of the North half (N 1/2) of the North half (1/2) of the South half (S 1/2) and the North 30 feet of the South half (S 1/2) of the North half (N 1/2) of the South (S 1/2) of said Section 25 excepting therefrom the Easterly 550 feet of said fractions of a Section.
Subject to the existing Easement to Florida Power and Light Company 330 feet wide.
