RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on February 14, 2020 in Case No. 18-CA-004733 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and JULIUS ROBINSON A/K/A Julius Lee Robinson, Jr D/B/A Traditional Cuts Barbershop, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat
Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM
www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21 day of April, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 40, Block 12, PROGRESS VILLAGE - UNIT 1 according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 35, Page 32 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
