NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 28th day of February 2020, and entered in Case 19-CA-002008, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-45T1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-45T1, is the Plaintiff and GERALD W. LAKE A/K/A GERALD WARREN LAKE; LOK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. DBA LAKES OF KEYSTONE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; HEARTWOOD 47, LLC; STATE OF FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www. hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 29th day of April 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
