NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 7, 2019 and an Order Canceling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 5, 2020, entered in Civil Case No.: 19-1358-CI-07 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and LORI A. CLIETT; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; WELLS FARGO BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION;, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 21st day of May, 2020, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 36, TIMBER RIDGE OF COUNTRYSIDE, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN IN PLAT BOOK 72, PAGE 90-91, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
