NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure and dated the 12th day of March, 2020 and entered in Case Number 19-CA-006182-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell the following described property in Pinellas County, Florida, to wit;
Lot 1, LESS the Northeasterly 17 feet thereof, Block 87. REVISED MAP OF OLDSMAR, according to the map or plat thereof, in Plat Book 7, Page 6, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
LESS that part of Lot 1, Block 87, REVISED MAP OF OLDSMAR, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 6, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, being described as follows:
Commence at an 8” round concrete monument marking the Southwest corner of Block 87, REVISED MAP OF OLDSMAR, Plat Book 7, Page 6, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; thence North 02Ëš32'23” East, a distance of 652.39 feet to the existing Southerly right-of-way of State Road 580 and a point on the Easterly line of Lot 4, said Block 87; thence North 68Ëš56'36” West, a distance of 99.90 feet to the Westerly line of said Lot 1; thence South 21Ëš03'24” West, along said Westerly line, a distance of 26.00 feet; thence South 68Ëš56'36” East, a distance of 91.98 feet; thence South 21Ëš03'24” West, a distance of 7.00 feet; thence South 68Ëš56'36” East, a distance of 7.94 feet to said Easterly line of Lot 1; thence North 21Ëš00'42” East along said Easterly line, a distance of 33.00 feet to the said POINT OF BEGINNING.

Sale of the above referenced real property shall be held by the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, at a public sale on May 13, 2020, to the highest bidder for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 A.M. in accordance with Florida Statutes Section 45.031 and pursuant to Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March12, 2020, and entered in this action which is captioned as JAMES J. RAY, TRUSTEE U/T/D 2/21/1994 AND JOYCE B. RAY, TRUSTEE U/T/D 2/21/1994, Plaintiffs, v. CARLIN & CARLIN INVESTMENTS, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, And CAPITAL ELECTRIC VEHICLES, LLC, d/b/a CAPITAL CARTS, a Florida limited liability company, Defendants, case number 19-CA-006182-CI.
The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 P.M. on the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
