NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 9, 2020 in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-001128-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR ARGENT SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-W2 is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEE, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF HENRY J. RUIZ (DECEASED); ALHAMBRA CLUB MANAGEMENT, INC.; IRMA SANTIAGO; ROBERT RUIZ; JOANN RUIZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on April 21, 2020 at 11:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NUMBER B-307, ALHAMBRA CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2807, PAGES 95 THROUGH 134, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO; TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
