That part of Lots 2, 3 and 4 in the SE ¼ of the SW ¼, lying Northerly of Glen Creek, and that part of Lot 1 in the SW ¼ of SE ¼ lying Westerly of the West line of Sugar House Creek of Fair Oaks in Section 32, Township 34 South, Range 18 East, Plat Book 1, Page 171, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, and the East 50 feet of the SE ¼ of SW ¼ in Section 32, Township 34 South, Range 18 East, lying South of Glen Creek, together with the following:

138.03 feet; thence run S 00 degrees 24'09” E for a distance of 365.96 feet; thence run S 00 degrees 01'31” W for a distance of 579.42 feet to the Point of Beginning.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint to foreclose a claim of lien has been filed and commenced in this court by the Plaintiff, SUGAR CREEK RESORT ASSOCIATION, INC., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Michelle A. Rowe, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty days from the first date of publication otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
This Notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER.
