Singletary aka Wendell Guyet Singletary, William Singletary, Candace Singletary ,USAA Federal Savings Bank (USAA FSB), are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the April 21, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
