Notice of Emergency Board of Supervisors' Meeting
The Board of Supervisors of the Towne Park Community Development District (“Board”) held an emergency meeting to address matters of public safety on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at the offices of Highland Homes located at 3020 S. Florida Ave. Suite 101, Lakeland, Florida 33803. At the meeting the Board considered and awarded a contract for bridge construction. The meeting was open to the public and was conducted in accordance with provision of Florida Law related to Special Districts.
Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
