Watson , are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the April 21, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 301, WIND MEADOWS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 139, PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
