NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated March 16, 2020 and entered in Case No 19-CA-1962 of the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples 34112, At 11:00 AM and on the 16 day of April, 2020, the following described property as set forth in that Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Unit No. 20, Phase I of Shenandoah Estates, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in OR Book 761, Page 191, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Collier County Florida.
**Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.**
