ZEA, Individually, HARRY M. ZEA, as Trustee of the ROHAR Trust u/a/d July 12, 2011, ALLISON A. ZEA, as Trustee of the ROHAR Trust u/a/d July 12, 2011, MYLES ALPERT, THE ROCK CUSTOM HOMES, INC., a Florida corporation, SATURNIA LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. a Florida Corporation, 1660 DOLPHIN COURT, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, RHC LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, CAF BORROWER GS LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, 1650 HOLDINGS LLC, a dissolved Florida limited liability company, UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION #1 and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION # 2, are the Defendants, SANIBEL CAPTIVA COMMUNITY BANK, a Florida banking corporation is the Plaintiff, Crystal K.
