OF ABANDONED PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Florida Statutes, Chapter 715.109, that the property described as 1968 Mobile Home, VIN: N224, Title No. 3053291 is abandoned property and it is to be sold at a public auction as provided by Florida Statutes:
1. The sale is to be for cash.
2. The mobile home to be sold at auction is located in a mobile home park and all occupants must be tenants approved by management and will be required to pay rent.
3. The sale will take place on April 9, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at 2634 9th Avenue North, Unit B-1, the Manager's Office.
4. The sale is subject to a lien in favor of Naples Mobile Home and R.V. Park LLC. Contact the Manager at (239) 649-7775 for the amount of the lien or to view the property.
