YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in LEE County, Florida:
UNIT 101 OF GLADIOLUS GARDENS CONDOMINIUM SECTION VIII, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1507, PAGE 614, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to it on FLORIDA COMMUNITY LAW GROUP, P.L., Attorney for GLADIOLUS GARDENS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION SECTION VIII, INC., whose address is 1855 Griffin Road, Suite A-423, Dania Beach, FL 33004 and file the original with the clerk of the above styled court within 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later); otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the LEE BUSINESS OBSERVER.
